Hello, I am Arati Kulkarni, a passionate home baker and a food enthusiast with a decade of experience in baking. Now in the process of using my home baking skills and taking my business to the next level. My specialty lies in whole-grain-based, healthier baking without eggs and refined products.
My signature cookie was born because of my love for my daughter and her love for sports and baked products. I worked on developing a special cookie and created my signature cookie, popularly known as Protein Bites. This cookie has become very popular among all her athletic friend that gives me confidence to bring it to the market, and it becomes my best-selling product.
During my 10-year stint in the USA, I honed my skills in
traditional wheat baking, perfecting recipes and techniques that have earned me a reputation for creating mouth-watering Cakes and Cookies. Shifting from the USA to India and catering to the needs of Indian customers was not an easy journey.
